- Education (Elementary or Secondary) degree,
- Valid BC Teaching Certificate issued by the Teacher Regulation Branch (TRB)
- Registration with the Teacher Qualification Service (TQS)
- In-depth understanding of the BC curriculum
- Proven ability to design and implement effective instructional strategies that support the success of all learners in an inclusive, student-centered environment
- Dedicated to continuous professional development, with a passion for creating and fostering a creative, engaging, and inclusive classroom experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range is $59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
