Role Description We are seeking a full-time Junior Property Manager to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. This on-site role involves supporting the daily operations of residential properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, and addressing maintenance inquiries. The Junior Property Manager will assist in conducting property inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing vendor contracts and supporting the senior management team in driving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, lease administration, or tenant relations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle inspections, repairs, and property oversight efficiently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to establish positive tenant relationships
  • Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair coordination
  • Proficient in relevant computer systems and property management software
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and procedures is an asset
  • A diploma or degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
