Our client, a well-established leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Director of Business Sales & Operations to lead and grow its B2B sales division.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced B2B sales executive who thrives on coaching teams, driving revenue growth, improving sales operations, and building a high-performing sales culture.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will oversee an established business sales team across British Columbia, while also leading a large network of remote contractors throughout Ontario. You will be responsible for strengthening sales performance, improving pipeline discipline, enhancing forecasting, and creating greater consistency across the organization.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You'll spend time coaching leaders, supporting key customer opportunities, reviewing pipeline health, improving sales processes, and working closely with key strategic partners to accelerate growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Business Sales division across British Columbia and Ontario.
- Drive revenue growth across wireless, wireline, internet, fibre, fleet, and business technology solutions.
- Coach and develop sales leaders, account executives, business development representatives, and contractor teams.
- Improve pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and sales execution.
- Support strategic customer opportunities and key partner relationships.
- Develop stronger recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management processes.
- Build greater accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across the sales organization.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Training, and Executive Leadership.
- Provide accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and recommendations to support continued growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, wireless, business development, or a related industry.
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong background in pipeline management, forecasting, sales coaching, and performance management.
- Experience leading both local and remote sales teams.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue through business development and strategic account management.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience improving sales processes, reporting, forecasting, and operational discipline.
- Telecommunications, wireless, wireline, internet, fibre, or related technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
