Job Overview Reporting to the Office Manager, as the Administrative Assistant you provide support to the team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including Reception. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing receptionist duties, handling front desk, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, retrieving, and distributing office mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Organizing customers and installed jobs, processing revisions, receiving payments and issuing receipts.
- Preparing and processing sales orders, installed sales jobs, sub-trade invoices authorization and payments and draft final payment letters to customers.
- Issuing purchase orders and process incoming accounts payable invoices.
- Organizing and maintaining records and filing systems.
- Providing support to administrative related projects or duties as required.

Essential Requirements
- High school Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or receptionist role.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bookkeeping and accounting is considered an asset.

Work Conditions You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
