Website Designer & Developer
Job Description
Posted on: March 4, 2026
We are looking for a high-performing Website Designer and Developer who lives at the intersection of aesthetic excellence and conversion science. You will be the owner of our digital front, responsible for building, maintaining, and constantly evolving a website that doesn't just sit there—it sells. This isn’t a "set it and forget it" role; you will be expected to keep our site on the pulse of industry trends, ensuring it remains interactive, lightning-fast, and optimized for both human visitors and the AI/LLM crawlers of the future. If you are a creative who loves digging into SEO data and A/B testing to squeeze out every drop of performance, you’ll fit right in.
About Us:**
STAN is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers. We are using cutting-edge and patented artificial intelligence technology to build solutions that enhance life for residents of more than 2.5 million+ homes across North America. And, we are on a mission to build the world’s first AI property manager. Want to come along for the ride?
STAN is also an award-winning platform, having been recognized by Rogers, FedEx, George Brown College, StartUp Canada, the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, and more!

- End-to-End Build & Launch: Own the full design-to-code workflow, building high-fidelity web pages that are responsive, interactive, and visually stunning.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continually run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to turn passive traffic into active leads.
- LLM & SEO Optimization: Implement advanced "AI-SEO" strategies, including structured data (Schema.org), clean semantic HTML, and high-quality knowledge graphs to ensure LLMs (like Gemini and ChatGPT) accurately represent our brand.
- Dynamic Content Updates: Proactively update the site to reflect industry shifts, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns so the brand never feels stagnant.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain elite Core Web Vitals (speed, stability, and mobile-friendliness) to ensure we rank at the top of search results.
- Interactive Elements: Build custom animations and interactive components that engage users without compromising site performance.
Requirements
- The "Hybrid" Skillset: A portfolio that demonstrates both elite UI/UX design taste and the technical ability to build it (Webflow, Framer, or custom headless CMS experience).
- SEO Mastery: Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, and the nuances of how LLMs index and summarize web content.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using tools like Google Search Console, Hotjar, or GA4 to make design decisions based on user behavior.
- Front-End Fluency: Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/GreenSock for creating smooth, interactive web experiences.
- Startup Speed: Ability to move from a "napkin sketch" to a live, functional landing page in days, not weeks.
- AI-Native: Comfort using AI tools to assist in coding, content structuring, and asset generation to move faster.
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Comprehensive health, dental, and specialist benefits.
- Company Macbook.
- Free parking and shuttle service to the office.
