A fast‑growing, global creative‑technology organisation is seeking a Director of Global Business Transformation to lead enterprise‑wide modernisation and drive the next era of operational excellence.

In this role, you will shape the transformation strategy, redesign workflows, elevate customer experience, and accelerate the shift toward a technology‑enabled future. You’ll partner across engineering, product, operations, and customer teams to deliver measurable impact and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

What you’ll lead

• Build and execute a multi‑year transformation roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and emerging technology opportunities.
• Define the target operating model, including workflow redesign, governance, and capability requirements.
• Lead complex, cross‑functional programmes focused on automation, customer journey improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Champion customer‑centric design, journey mapping, and total quality management principles.
• Drive technology, data, and AI enablement in partnership with technical teams.
• Oversee change management, adoption, and cultural alignment across global teams.
• Track and report transformation KPIs, ensuring sustained value realisation.

What you bring

• 8–10+ years leading large‑scale transformation within a technology company (SaaS, B2B tech, enterprise platforms, or similar).
• Proven success in process redesign, workflow automation, customer experience improvement, and digital/AI adoption.
• Strong understanding of design thinking, Lean/Six Sigma, TQM, or similar methodologies.
• Executive presence, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and Visio.
• Change management or program management certifications are a plus.
