As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a specific focus on opening new verticals like Insurance, Real Estate, Metaverse, AI and more to harness the full potential of our technology. The Role: Take the lead in shaping the future of enterprise sales at Spexi. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will drive Spexi’s expansion into transformative and rapidly growing enterprise markets. This is not just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to pioneer and thrive in an industry poised for exponential growth. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, develop strategic relationships, and be instrumental in driving substantial revenue growth. Location: This position you will primarily work remotely, however you will occasionally be required to travel to our office in the 800 block of Powell Street, Vancouver BC to foster collaboration and engage in strategic planning sessions. Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enterprise Growth: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries (insurance, Real Estate, Tech/AI, and Construction while expanding and retaining existing accounts. Achieve revenue growth targets through full-cycle sales activities, from initial outreach to contract closure.
  • Excel the Complex Sale: Successfully manage intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring timely progression through the sales pipeline and closing high-value deals that contribute to Spexi's growth objectives.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and key influencers to create new opportunities, measure partner-driven lead generation, and expand Spexi’s presence within target markets.
  • Deliver as a Trusted Advisor: Conduct thorough customer needs assessments and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives, consistently demonstrating Spexi’s value as a strategic partner that empowers data-driven innovation.
  • Champion Spexi’s Vision: Communicate Spexi’s vision with clarity and impact, showcasing how our technology transforms enterprise operations and drives innovation. Inspire clients by highlighting opportunities for groundbreaking advancements in their industries through engaging presentations, tailored demonstrations, and thought leadership initiatives.

What you Bring:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: 7+ years of demonstrated success in a $1M+ quota-carrying B2B SaaS Enterprise sales role, with a focus on enterprise sales and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Geospatial is in your DNA: Previous experience in the Geospatial Imagery world.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective rapport building, influence key decision-makers, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans, anticipating market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to shape sales strategies and evaluate performance effectively.
  • Industry Experience: Direct experience selling to Insurance, Real Estate, Tech/AI, and Construction industries, with a deep understanding of their unique needs.
  • Consistent Success: A proven track record of surpassing sales goals and earning recognition as a top-performing sales professional.
  • MEDDPICC Methodology: Practical experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology to drive results in complex sales cycles.

Salary: OTE of $250k - $300k. We'll tailor the offer within this range to your experience.
