Reporting Analyst

Title: Resiliency Reporting & Analytics Coordinator

Duration: 12 months

Location: Toronto, ON-Hybrid

Work Schedule: 9-5- Monday- Friday

Note: We are primarily seeking a candidate who can effectively translate collected data into visually compelling presentation decks. The ideal individual will possess exceptional design capabilities and a strong ability to craft polished, impactful materials.

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Job Description:

• We are looking for someone who can take complex data and insights and translate them into a visually compelling, high-impact presentation that truly pops.
• This role requires exceptional design instincts, a strong eye for storytelling, and the ability to turn raw information into a polished, executive-ready deck that shines.
• Consolidate inputs from Resiliency Managers and stakeholders into clear, data-driven reports that highlight finds across resilience KPIs and change metrics.
• Support Resiliency Managers in preparing monthly resiliency reports, including identifying trends, anomalies, and areas requiring escalation.
• Maintain internal reporting templates, documentation, and shared repositories (SharePoint or equivalent).
• Provide analytical insights to senior leadership to improve visibility, decision-making, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation across the resiliency function.
• Support leadership by preparing presentation materials for monthly reviews with senior technology leaders.
• Ability to take gathered data and translate it into a high-impact presentation deck that truly “pops.”
• Exceptional visual-design and deck-building skills, with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations that elevate storytelling and clarity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate insights clearly, craft a cohesive narrative, and tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to turn complex findings into clean, compelling, easy-to-consume slides that support decision-making at the senior leadership level.

Nice to have:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting packages to support monthly Resiliency “State of the Union” presentations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably in resiliency, operations, or problem/incident management.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and executive-level presentation creation.
• Experience in data analytics, including interpreting operational trends and preparing insights for leadership.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments; financial services industry experience is an asset.
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; detail-oriented and data-driven.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work within a structured governance environment
