Position Overview:Solara Health Partners is seeking a Community Outreach & Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will assist in expanding our company’s presence, generating leads, and supporting marketing initiatives. This individual is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, booking meetings for the VP, Operations, and building relationships through in-person and virtual outreach. This role blends sales, community engagement, and marketing content creation to help grow our client base and brand recognition.

Core Responsibilities:Sales & Outreach
- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to prospective clients, booking in-person and virtual meetings for the VP, Operations
- Research and identify decision-makers within long-term care homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
- Send targeted outreach emails to notify facilities and decision-makers of upcoming visits or promotions
- Conduct in-person outreach in assigned territories by distributing marketing materials, engaging with community stakeholders, and increasing brand visibility
- Attend roadshows, networking events, and facility open houses as a brand representative
- Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking software to monitor outreach, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Support lead generation campaigns and maintain consistent outreach quotas
Marketing Collaboration & Content Creation
- Assist the marketing team by capturing content (photos, videos, quotes) during networking events, community visits, or facility tours
- Provide feedback on what marketing materials resonate best with target audiences
- Collaborate with marketing to share local insights and contribute to outreach strategies
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, ensuring alignment with company values and messaging
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development (healthcare or staffing industry preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confident public speaker and relationship builder
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and territories
- Experience using CRM systems or outreach tracking tools
- Comfortable working independently and in the field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if required for in-person visits)
- Passion for healthcare and community impact is a strong asset
