This role is based out of our office in: Halifax, NS: Here’s Where You’ll Have An Impact
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual P&L statements and forecasts.
- Manage monthly revenue closing, billing validation, accruals, and revenue recognition .
- Monitor revenue performance vs. targets, including pacing and overall revenue tracking.
- Drive margin mix optimization through pricing analysis, discount governance, tiering structures, and rate card management.
- Support inventory and yield management to maximize monetization.
- Build scenario models to support budgeting and commercial planning.
- Provide executive visibility, building RMN dashboards and translating revenue data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Partner with Customer success and sales on deal validation, pricing approvals, accuracy.
- Align with Ad Operations to ensure delivered revenue matches IO terms and manage under/over delivery impact.
- Work closely with Finance on revenue recognition, cost of sales , invoicing accuracy, accruals, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure monetization logic, rate cards, and reporting infrastructure reflect commercial strategy.
What You Bring To The Table
- 5–8+ years experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Media Finance.
- Experience in Retail Media, Digital Advertising or E-commerce monetization preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical background.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- High attention to detail with strong governance mindset.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing, scaling environment.
