What You Have To Offer

• Proven track record of business success
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Superior leadership and communication skills
• Experience leading and building teams
• Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
• An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
