This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to help create, launch, and scale a national retail platform from the ground up, with the backing of one of Canada’s most respected retail companies. Description D'emploi Midtown Location: 250 Bowie Avenue As a key member of the founding team, you will partner closely with leadership, merchandising, operations, technology, marketing, and finance to build scalable processes and launch new initiatives across eCommerce and retail environments. This is a high-impact role that requires structured thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive tactical execution. In This Role You Will
- Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional initiatives across merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, supply chain, and stores.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success metrics
- Develop detailed project plans, workbacks, and governance frameworks
- Lead project and coordination meetings with applicable business teams to ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams
- Lead steering committee meetings with senior leadership to ensure project buy-in, issue escalation and resolution, and overall advisory support
- Develop supporting material (presentations, pre-reads, dashboards etc.) for all meetings and updates
- Identify risks and dependencies early and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Track project progress and provide clear, concise status updates to senior leadership
- Build scalable tools, templates, and documentation to support long-term operations
The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience (i.e. Project Management, Change Management, Commerce, Economics, etc.)
- PMP designation an asset
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, retail operations, or consulting
- Proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
- Experience building project plans, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills (in Excel and/or Power BI)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills to lead development of presentation material
- Retail, eCommerce, or consumer brand experience is considered an asset

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labor market.
