About the Role
We are representing a well-established, award-winning real estate developer entering a significant phase of growth. Our client is seeking a driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of digital strategies across multiple residential communities.
This role is suited to a hands-on digital marketer who is confident managing campaigns end-to-end while leveraging data and insights to drive performance. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall project success.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels.
Creating and managing engaging content across websites, landing pages, and social platforms.
Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven insights and reporting.
Optimising website performance, user experience, and search rankings.
Implementing A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel tracking strategies.
Collaborating with sales, design, and leadership teams to align marketing with project goals.
Managing paid media campaigns and marketing automation systems.
Staying up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Driving lead generation and improving overall campaign ROI.
What We’re Looking For
3 - 7 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role.
Strong experience across SEO/SEM, paid media (PPC), email marketing, and social campaigns.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, tracking tools, and campaign performance metrics.
Understanding of conversion rate optimisation, funnels, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
