Employment Status: Full Time - PermanentWork Location: CalgaryReporting to: Director of FinanceKey Responsibilities:
· Analyze financial data and generate meaningful insights to support business decisions.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across clinical and administrative departments.
· Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements for cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
· Monitor revenue cycles and reimbursement trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.
· Collaborate with operations, clinical, and administrative teams to align financial strategies with
organizational goals.
· Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.
· Maintain financial models and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Manage KPI reporting to monitor financial and strategic outcomes.
· Ownership of private pay revenue streams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reconciliation.
· Provide oversight of Alberta Health billings to support compliance and operational effectiveness.
· Prepare and maintain audit ready billing documentation to support internal and external
review processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, preferably within healthcare or a similar regulated industry.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software and data visualization tools.
· Knowledge of healthcare billings, insurance claims, and regulatory standards is an asset.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
