Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Halifax, NS, for a Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including managing prescription processing, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves supervising a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and assistants, providing medication consultations, administering immunizations, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will contribute to developing strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice, Prescription processing, and Pharmacy operations management
- Experience managing and supervising Pharmacy Technicians
- Licensed to practice Pharmacy in Nova Scotia
- Knowledge and skills to administer Immunizations
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
