Job Description

Posted on: April 29, 2026

Ready to be a Titan? We solve real world problems in the home services industry. We are passionate about bringing innovative and delightful solutions to traditional problems and workflows. Our ambitious team of product managers, designers, and product marketers work closely with our thousands of users to help make their lives easier through technology. We embrace design thinking and agile development to ship hundreds of new features every month. We measure our success based on our customer’s success. We strive for real impact. As a Sr. Product Manager on the Payments Platform product team, you will be a member of a highly talented and innovation focused team that is responsible for building the next generation Payments platform to help customers get paid faster and grow their business. You will own the systems that power how money moves through our ecosystem–processing billions in GTV. You will report to the Group Product Manager, Payments and Financing. This role is remote in Canada only. What you'll do:

  • Own the Payment Platform roadmap, developing a clear product vision, success metrics, and priorities aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs—from field technicians collecting payments to merchants running their businesses to consumers settling invoices—and translate those insights into clear product strategies and scalable systems.
  • Define and own core payments metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with leadership, partnerships, financing, strategy and go-to-market teams–translating complex requirements into clear plans, and driving execution through ambiguity.
  • Execute effectively across all areas of the product life cycle, including research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, outcomes, and impact.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock new revenue through flexible pricing models, international expansion, and cost efficiency improvements.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years in product management, payments platform experience preferred
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling payment solutions in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems: gateways, payment rails, and authorization optimization.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex customer workflows
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models a plus
  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
