Processes invoices from health care providers and clinics according to internal and external contracts. Assists health care providers with submitting invoices in accordance with the appropriate contract. Answers inquiries regarding invoicing and payments as well as contracts and fee codes.
Qualifications:
One (1) year successfully completed post-secondary education in business or health care.
Over one (1) year and up to and including two (2) years successful experience demonstrating the ability to do the following:
- Making decisions in accordance with contracts, policies and procedures.
- Processing invoices with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding medical terminology.
- Working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
