Who We Are

With over 50 years of experience connecting communities, ROHL Global Networks Inc. is a trusted provider of end-to-end infrastructure solutions across North America. Headquartered in Western Canada and rapidly expanding, ROHL specializes in the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical telecommunications and utility infrastructure.

We proudly serve enterprise, municipal, and wholesale clients — including some of the largest telecommunications providers in North America — and are known for successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion. In addition to our core expertise in telecom and utility construction, ROHL has strategically diversified into real estate development and management, solar energy systems, and power infrastructure.

Whether working with municipalities or major carriers, ROHL continues to evolve, offering reliable, turnkey services that drive connectivity and growth across North America.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of telecom and utility infrastructure projects across Manitoba. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical, regulatory, and client requirements. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, utility owners, and clients, the Senior Project Manager drives project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of telecommunications and utility construction projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including field staff, subcontractors, vendors, internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee permitting processes, locate coordination, and third-party utility approvals.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines or budgets.
  • Track and report on project progress through status updates, performance metrics, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage project changes, including scope adjustments, schedule revisions, and cost impacts.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, timely, and complete, including contracts, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, utility owners, and local municipalities to support project success.

What you Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field – or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience in telecommunications or utility infrastructure construction.
  • Proven track record delivering telecommunication and utility installation projects in compliance with Manitoba Hydro, Bell MTS, or municipal utility standards is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies for telecommunication and utility infrastructure deployment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within Manitoba as required.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 – commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan including dental, vision and extended health for you and your family
  • Group RSP / TFSA Matching Plan
  • Training and professional development opportunities
