Job Description

We are partnering with a high-growth, global professional services organization to find an exceptional FP&A Manager for their North American finance team. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven finance professional to take full ownership of the planning and analysis function in a fast-moving, acquisition-active environment.

The successful candidate will serve as a true finance business partner to executive leadership, translating complex financial data into strategic insights that directly influence business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to build something meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full NA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycle
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models including revenue, headcount, and margin
• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis with executive-ready commentary
• Prepare and present financial reporting packages to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, COO)
• Partner cross-functionally with regional leaders to support commercial decision-making
• Develop and refine financial dashboards and KPI frameworks using BI tools
• Support scenario and sensitivity analysis to guide strategic planning decisions
• Contribute to M&A integration and post-acquisition financial consolidation
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate FP&A processes and workflows
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required

What We’re Looking For

• Active CPA designation (required)
• 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience with clear ownership of planning cycles
• Background in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors
• Strong financial modelling skills - driver-based builds, not template maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools (NetSuite and Power BI an asset)
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• GTA-based with availability to overlap with European business hours
