Rightway Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing electrical contractor with a strong presence across British Columbia, with operations in the Lower Mainland. The business has built a solid reputation delivering electrical projects across commercial and light industrial sectors, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and strong client relationships.
Operating with a collaborative, team-first approach, the company supports projects from early planning through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery across both office and field teams. With continued growth, they are now looking to bring on a full-time Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations out of their Langley office. This is a fully in-office position suited to someone who enjoys being the backbone of a team, organized, proactive, and happy to support across both administrative and light project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and leadership team
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal/external events
- Maintain project documentation, filing systems, and office records
- Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries for active projects
- Review basic drawings and extract key information when required
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and field teams to support operations
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and general job documentation
- Support team members across operations, projects, and office functions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office environment
Project Scope:
- Support across electrical projects within commercial and light industrial sectors
- Involvement in both office operations and project support functions
- Exposure to materials, coordination, documentation, and basic drawing review
- Collaboration with both office staff and field teams
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or support role
- Experience within construction or electrical contracting is an asset
- Basic understanding of construction drawings or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Working Environment:
- Full-time, in-office position based in Langley

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
