Inside Sales Representative

Richmond Packaging is a premium manufacturer of consumable packaging with high graphic designs. We are a national company with large clients in many different industries in California, Oregon, Washington and Western Canada. Richmond Packaging was established in 1982 and we have been enjoying a steady and aggressive growth over last several years.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and quotes with professionalism and accuracy. 
• Enter and track customer orders in the system, ensuring timely updates on status, backorders, and delivery schedules. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the Outside Sales team, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. 
• Collaborate with the graphic design team and customers to support packaging design and branding requirements. 
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and distribution teams to meet client needs. 
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, escalating issues where necessary. 
• Support account management activities, including preparing proposals, reports, and maintaining accurate records. 
• Contribute to sales team objectives through active participation in meetings, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Carry out administrative and reporting tasks as assigned by management. 

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills. 
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; ERP/CRM knowledge an asset. 
• Problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
• Team player with adaptability and quick learning skills.
