Position Overview As an Assistant you will contribute to growing the business by working closely with an Investment Advisor to service a portfolio of Richardson Wealth (RWL) clients who are looking for customer service, investments and advice under the National Partnership Office (NPO) platform. In this capacity you will be an important contact person for clients and RWL employees looking to engage with the NPO’s service offering. You will also be assisting the Investment Advisor with administrative tasks related to managing client accounts. Client and stakeholder management along with attention to detail and organization will be critical to maintain. This is an existing vacancy. Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for professional servicing of incoming telephone and email communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.
- Assisting the Investment Advisor(s) in preparing account documentation including client reviews, presentations, correspondence, and reports
- Responding to requests for account information from clients while building and developing relationships
- Requesting information and documentation from clients to open accounts and keep client files up to date
- Filing and general administrative office duties as requested
- Adhering to professional practices and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures
- Provide support to RWL Investment Advisor teams across the country looking to move clients to the NPO platform through communication, client tools and advice.
- Execute deposits, withdrawals and transfers instructions for investment accounts.
- Minimize potential regulatory issues through thorough documentation of client interactions and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Superior client relationship management skills with a professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in the financial sector and/or administrative experience
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Maximizer
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints, and follow-up
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs.
- Proficient in English (French is a bonus), written and verbal
Education
- Completion of post-secondary education
- Working towards Investment Representative license (IR) is an asset
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $44,000-$60,500 The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
