Job DescriptionRESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS). Position Summary Department / Research Program: IDIGH We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. Under the immediate supervision of the principal investigator, the incumbent will be involved in a large correctional study focused on sexually transmitted and bloodborne infections (STBBI) surveillance across Quebec provincial prisons. General Duties
- Conduct literature reviews to support research objectives,
- Manuscript development for new study protocol,
- Assist in writing reports summarizing findings,
- Accomplishes any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.

- Two years of clinical research experience in an academic environment or/and in a clinical research organization required,
- Proven experience with protocol writing and manuscript development,
- Work experience in the field of STBBIs and/or a prison is an asset.

- Proven experience in drafting protocols and developing manuscripts,
- Attention to detail and accuracy,
- Good analytical and logic skills,
- Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision,
- Advanced programming skills in R or a similar program is an asset.
Additional information Status: Temporary, full time (35-hour workweek) Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and experience. $49,722.40 - $92,346.80.
