Provider Success Manager
Job Description
Posted on: July 19, 2025
Position Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and operationally minded Provider Success Manager to drive the full provider lifecycle—from initial engagement to onboarding, activation, and ongoing support. This is a hybrid role: part relationship-builder, part process-optimizer, and part healthcare operations expert.
You’ll be a key liaison between the commercial team and our growing Canadian provider network, enabling physicians, nurse practitioners, and other licensed clinicians to launch and scale successful, tech-enabled practices on RevDoc.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with the Growth team to shape and execute outreach strategies for the Ontario market
- Engage prospective clinicians, communicate the RevDoc model clearly (especially the uninsured/cash-pay positioning), and guide them through signup
- Identify in-demand specialties and care models aligned with regional needs (e.g., walk-in-style virtual clinics, mental health support, minor urgent care)
- Deliver an efficient, tech-supported onboarding experience—including digital profile setup, virtual care readiness, and professional liability (malpractice) navigation aligned with Canadian standards
Activation & Success Enablement
- Educate new providers on how to build sustainable, direct-to-patient practices using RevDoc tools and marketplace strategies
- Be the first line of support for provider questions and platform use (Tier 1 triage)
- Track provider engagement and utilization metrics to inform interventions and drive success
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to continuously improve the provider experience
- Ensure compliance with Ontario’s regulatory frameworks, including College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) telemedicine guidelines and local standards for virtual care delivery
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or provider enablement—especially in primary care, telehealth, or multi-provider environments
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, with a focus on private/cash-pay markets, virtual care regulations, and professional liability coverage (e.g., CMPA or HIROC)
- CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot, and comfort navigating automations and reporting dashboards
- A compelling communicator who can build rapport with busy clinical professionals and collaborate across commercial, clinical, and product teams
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, purpose-driven startup
- Bonus: Experience working in DPC, concierge medicine, or healthcare startups in Canada
Why Join Us
- Help transform Canadian healthcare by expanding choice, access, and autonomy for both providers and patients
- Be part of an ambitious, collaborative, and values-driven team that’s passionate about building a better model
- Competitive compensation and the chance to shape a company that’s scaling fast in Canada
