Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of interior renovation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to manage scope, resources, and risk.
• Lead and mentor project staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management and clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing interior renovation projects from start to finish.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams effectively, ensuring goals are met and client expectations exceeded.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in project management within construction, with strong renovation experience.
• Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Extra Consideration:

• Experience in high-rise interior renovations, client-facing project management, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of multi-trade projects.
