Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic individual comfortable in both office and field operations across the Greater Vancouver Area. You will engage with customers, manage property inquiries, screen applicants, and guide leasing. You'll also coordinate tenant requests, dispatch vendors, and support the CEO operationally - a stepping stone to potential property management. On the field, you will prepare and list homes, conduct property tours, and help expand our new service, “Refinity Pro.” Expect local travel, a need for detail, and a robust and fast-paced work ethic.
Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:
• Manage rental inquiries, tenant screenings, showings, applications, and leasing process.
• Own and communicate with customers about properties, repair requests, work order changes, etc.
• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance jobs and communicating with owners about repairs
• Completing detailed checks, site-visits and ensuring homes are perfect for move-ins.
• Meeting and selling homeowners on repairs and management services
• Cultivating and developing vendor relationships
• Provide administrative duties including multitasks to the day-to-day management and operation of properties
• Provide formal notices to tenants and fill out documents as requested by property manager
• Ensure billing is done within 24 hours of projects completing and well documented
About You:
• Self-Motivated - you’re able to work with minimal supervision while always on time and responsive.
• Fast-Paced – Roll with the punches - priorities and schedules change quickly and you are can keep up
• Detail-Oriented – you have extremely high attention to detail and ability to ensure completion of tasks, with exceptional time management, task organization, and prioritization
• Client Services– you work in service or hospitality and deliver 5-star customer service
• Go-Getter – you roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get things done and learn quickly
• Humble - you’re open to feedback and have a good attitude regardless of the situation
• High EQ (Street Smarts) – you have a strong sense of customer-centricity, empathy, and kindness.
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation, a valid BC Driver's License, and proof of insurance. [REQUIRED]
• Excellent on the phone/verbal and written communicate skills [REQUIRED]
• 2 years of experience in customer service handling questions and solving concerns [REQUIRED]
• Ability to work at least one day each weekends. [REQUIRED]
• Experience in real estate (Not-Mandatory).
• Familiarity with the B.C. Residential Tenancy Act, Strata Property Act (Not-Mandatory).
