Customer Care Associate (Retail Stores)

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on person to join our team at our Junction Headquarters and our store at the Distillery District. In your role, you will support our office team in the backend, ensure excellent customer service, and act as a brand ambassador in our showroom/stores. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, who is also used to working independently. A friendly, customer-service oriented style of work is a MUST.

Retail Responsibilities

• Provide customers with adequate, in-depth information about our merchandise
• Maintain the store organized, tidy, and well-stocked, following our Merchandising guidelines
• Keep track of inventory and provide feedback weekly
• Process merchandise through our register system
• Give customers the best experience possible by identifying their needs and expectations

Operations Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by performing administrative tasks and assisting the office team as needed
• Assistance with shipping and receiving of stock, the wholesale and online ordering process
• Carry out office tasks as needed, such as maintaining and ordering office supplies, data entry, return and exchange requests, etc.
• Answering phone calls and emails as required

Qualifications

MUST be in Canada and have a valid visa/status

Previous experience with POS systems, such as Lightspeed, is an asset

Attention to detail and accuracy, along with analytical, administrative, and strong organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities

Ability to multitask

Weekend Availability is a MUST

Holiday availability is a MUST

Must legally be allowed to work in Canada

College diploma in business, merchandising/retail or equivalent is a plus

Office and administrative experience is a plus
