About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across the software and telecommunications domains. You’ll partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to offer.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening our talent brand, ensuring a great candidate experience, and helping our teams grow with exceptional people.
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner with account and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles such as software developers, DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, system architects, and technical project managers.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and gather structured feedback.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep the recruitment process efficient and transparent.
- Maintain accurate candidate and process documentation in the ATS.
- Support special recruiting initiatives and employer branding activities, including social media campaigns and talent events.
- Partner with external recruiting agencies when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in IT, software, or telecommunications.
- Solid sourcing skills, including Boolean search and creative online research.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interviewing, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken.
