PENN.Penningtons is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Sales & Operations team. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales & Operations, you will play a key role in supporting national operational initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring clear communication between Head Office and stores across Canada. As a trusted partner to multiple departments, you will help drive operational excellence and support the successful execution of business objectives. What You'll Do

• Coordinate operational projects and initiatives across the store network.
• Facilitate communication between stores, field teams, and Head Office.
• Support store openings, renovations, events, and operational activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business communications.
• Monitor operational processes and help resolve store-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives

Qualifications What You'll Bring

• College diploma in a related field of study.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to support teams across Canada.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
