Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a dedicated Hearing Aid Dispenser located in Surrey, BC. The role involves conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, advising patients on suitable hearing aid solutions, and fitting and fine-tuning devices to meet individual needs. The Hearing Aid Dispenser will also provide ongoing support and education to patients, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of the practice by delivering exceptional service and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in conducting hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids, and providing follow-up care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and explain treatment options
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate health records and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a close-knit team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to patient-centric care
  • Relevant certification as a Hearing Aid Dispenser and registration with a recognized governing body
  • Previous experience in the audiology or hearing care industry is an asset
  • Proficiency with state-of-the-art hearing testing equipment and technology is preferred
