Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale data migration programs, ensuring data quality, security, and seamless transition across systems
  • Manage end-to-end cloud migration programs, including technical planning, execution, risk management, and post-migration stabilization
  • Serve as the primary client-facing program lead, driving clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving escalations
  • Own program scope management, including requirements definition, dependency management, change control, and impact assessment
  • Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Drive effective stakeholder management across senior leadership, client teams, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify program risks, issues, and dependencies early, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Establish and track program milestones, KPIs, and reporting to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards throughout program execution

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering data migration and cloud migration programs in enterprise environments
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering, architecture, and data teams
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive-level communication
  • Strong expertise in scope management, including change management and delivery governance
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, influencing across cross-functional and matrixed organizations
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies simultaneously

Good to Have

  • Experience or understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry
  • Guidewire platform knowledge or experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or related)
