SAP SuccessFactors Talent (Succession & Recruiting Lead)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Lead with strong expertise in Succession Planning and Recruiting modules. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of talent management solutions, driving workforce planning and ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP SF Succession and Recruiting modules.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to define succession and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors functionalities, ensuring seamless user adoption.
• Provide guidance on best practices for talent pipeline development, recruiting workflows, and succession readiness.
• Manage integration of recruiting processes with external job boards, ATS, and internal HR systems.
• Train HR and business users on module functionality and new releases.
• Act as primary liaison with IT, HR, and business leadership for all succession and recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with deep knowledge of Succession Planning and Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and workforce planning strategies.
• Experience with large-scale SF implementations and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SAP SF certifications preferred.
