Purifico Ozone Inc. is a water treatment manufacturer of ozone-based solutions for greenhouses, with additional markets in agriculture, wastewater, car wash, and municipal water treatment. We are a growing company focused on building a strong sales foundation to support our next phase of growth.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales representative role. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on creating new opportunities, developing new customers, and driving revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and helping shape the future sales structure of the company. As Purifico grows, this role has clear potential to evolve into a Sales Manager position, leading and mentoring a future sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new customers across target industries
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth
- Set and achieve individual sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Develop sales protocols and processes to support future team growth
Marketing & Brand Development
- Support and execute digital marketing efforts (LinkedIn, online outreach, etc.)
- Work closely with marketing to help develop and strengthen the Purifico brand
- Arrange, attend, and represent the company at tradeshows and industry events
Strategy, Reporting & Performance
- Develop sales forecasts and report on performance
- Establish, track, and report on KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness
- Help define best practices for future sales team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar growth-focused role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a growing team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Active driver’s license and valid passport required
- Experience with digital outreach and LinkedIn prospecting is an asset
- Experience in water treatment, industrial systems, agriculture, or environmental solutions is an asset (but not required)
