About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll help bring the Pür & Simple brand to life by creating visuals that match our look and feel. It’s a great chance to build your skills in design, video editing, and marketing while working in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Branding: Create high-quality designs for both digital and print materials, including social media posts, menus, flyers, and promotional content, ensuring alignment with our brand’s sunny-side vibe.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce short-form video content for social media and other platforms that highlight Pür & Simple’s unique offerings.
• Campaign Support: Work closely with the Marketing Director to support national and local marketing campaigns with compelling visuals and multimedia assets.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and franchise partners, to deliver consistent and engaging content.
• Social Media Support: Assist in designing graphics for social media platforms, working with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canvas etc.).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity, with a passion for design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing skills.

Experience:

• 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or franchising industries. Internships and freelance experience are also considered.
