Role Description
No Need To Quit Your Day JOB!! This is a flexible full-time, part-time, when you have time.. the remote role is for a Social Influencer or Influencer Wanna Be Commission Sales Associates, based in major cities in Canada or the United States. The role is 100% commission-based, with compensation tied to both one-time revenue (e.g., onboarding services) and recurring revenue, where commissions scale with company size based on the number of employees. Bonuses are available for achieving milestones, targeting larger companies, and strong yearly performance.
Our ideal target audience will be businesses with $1M-$20M in revenue and 20-100 employees, primarily in Trades, Construction, Construction Services, Fabrication industries with typical office hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, your target audience will be those scrolling TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Linkedin etc. Responsibilities include creating content to drive awareness, curiosity, interest into their business using our software and coaching/consulting services to help them decrease labor costs, increase profit, decrease manual data entry, get real time data on their projects and much more...
You're getting them to connect with you or drive them to your assigned link for a demo/consultation. For that you will have my assistance to run the demos at the beginning in hopes you will take over that role for yourself in the future. You will earn the same commissions as the "Old School" sales people who door knock or cold call.
Qualifications
- Strong social media presence, great personality, able to generate audience through videos, posts, etc,
- Strong video and editing skills for creating your own content to promote the software, drive people to connect, even demo and sell the software and related services.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Background in either the Trades, Construction, Construction Services, Fabrication industries a HUGE Asset
- Commanding presence, but not in a domineering way
- Happy, bubbly, energetic personality - the type everyone wants to be around, not the annoying know-it-all
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Amazing customer relationship management and client engagement skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management and SaaS products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a commission-based sales or affiliate sales role is bonus
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
- Located in a major city in Canada or the United States
