As a Digital Communications & Campaign Specialist, you’ll bring deep expertise in digital marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. This role focuses on advanced digital strategies, managing website content, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to drive measurable results. You’ll apply your experience with analytics, SEO, and marketing automation tools to ensure every campaign is data-driven and performance-focused. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams is key, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. This is a data-driven role, not design or generalist marketing.
Your Day To Day:
The following is a high-level description of the responsibilities and is not meant to be all-inclusive.
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Design digital strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Implement digital strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing.
- Use GA4 and HubSpot to monitor KPIs, traffic, conversions, and SEO results.
- Develop engaging copy for landing pages, ads, social posts, and email campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet customer needs and business priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution and platform optimization.
- Analyze data, run A/B tests, and improve conversion rates.
Who You Are:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven campaign results.
- Certifications: HubSpot Marketing Software, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Digital Marketing, SEO (Yoast, Moz, SEMrush), and Project Management certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot CRM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experienced with CMS platforms (Webflow preferred).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive web design, custom embeds, and SEO/metadata optimization.
- Experience in email marketing automation and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail is pertinent to this role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
