Customer Service Representative – Premier Graphics Inc.

Now we’re looking for the right person to join us on the front line of that experience: a Customer Service Representative who is simply a great human and a good teammate.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to Premier Graphics—whether it's new Office Graphics, Signage or a simple question about timelines. In this role, you’ll:

• Handle daily customer interactions with professionalism and genuine care
• Troubleshoot issues and help steer customers to the right solutions
• Support the design and production teams by keeping communication clear and organized
• Make sure customers feel supported from first contact through project completion

This is an on-site, full-time position. We work closely together, and the person in this role becomes a key link across the company.
