PLATO has offices on or near Indigenous communities across Canada, in Fredericton, Sault Ste Marie, Ottawa/Gatineau, Regina, Prince Albert, Calgary, and Vancouver. We are seeking a skilled Change Manager Advisor to join our dynamic professional services team. The Change Manager Advisor will work with our client's change management team to drive people readiness activities that include writing communications, facilitating review cycles, updating plans, creating presentations, scheduling and managing logistics for change management engagement sessions. Responsibilities
- Work directly with the client Change Management Lead.
- Drive the execution of internal and external engagement plans.
- Develop content, schedule change sessions, collaborate with stakeholders.
- Roll out post go-live support plans, support the change network, draft communication material and FAQs
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and business analysts to assess the impact of changes across modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Financials).
- Communicate change plans, schedules, and impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver change-related documentation, training materials, and user communications.
- Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors.
- Track and report on change success rates, incidents caused by changes, and continuous improvement metrics.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess change effectiveness and identify lessons learned.
- Ensure all changes comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of change requests, approvals, and outcomes for audit purposes.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Manager Advisor, preferably in large-scale ERP or CRM environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and release management.
- Understanding of change management methodology and change curve adoption.
- Ability to synthesize information from technical sprint reviews and summarize into impacts to stakeholders.
- Ability to update change impact assessments when scope changes or team responsibility changes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Occassional onsite client visits may be required.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Change Management Specialist).
- Experience with ITIL or other ITSM frameworks.
- Experience with Agile or DevOps environments.
- Background in enterprise transformation or digital modernization projects.
