We are currently looking for a Training Readiness Lead to join our team.   • Lead the development and delivery of site training programs by partnering with operations and project teams to identify workforce training needs and ensure role-specific training aligns with operational requirements.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive training plans, clearly defining objectives, delivery methods, and compliance standards to support workforce readiness.
  • Coordinate and manage training execution, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training systems, tracking completion, and keeping accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure training is delivered on time and effectively.
  • Monitor training progress, track milestones, and report on workforce readiness, proactively identifying and escalating risks to meet project timelines and operational goals

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in training coordination, workforce development, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with training systems, competency frameworks, and regulatory/compliance standards.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to travel and work on-site (fly days are Monday to Thursday)
  • Technologist certification.
  • WHMIS certification
