We are currently looking for a Training Readiness Lead to join our team. - Lead the development and delivery of site training programs by partnering with operations and project teams to identify workforce training needs and ensure role-specific training aligns with operational requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive training plans, clearly defining objectives, delivery methods, and compliance standards to support workforce readiness.
- Coordinate and manage training execution, including scheduling sessions, maintaining training systems, tracking completion, and keeping accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure training is delivered on time and effectively.
- Monitor training progress, track milestones, and report on workforce readiness, proactively identifying and escalating risks to meet project timelines and operational goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in training coordination, workforce development, or a related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with training systems, competency frameworks, and regulatory/compliance standards.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Ability to travel and work on-site (fly days are Monday to Thursday)
- Technologist certification.
- WHMIS certification
