Project Administrator - PL#82826

We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the construction management team. Work Schedule:

• Site based position working one week on, one week off
• mine flights from Saskatoon or Prince Albert

Responsibilities:

• Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, flights, training, request for information, site instructions, and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team
• Administer document control processes

• 4-9 years of previous experience in a
• Advanced computer skills
• Self starter - ability to learn and apply new concepts, software
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments is an asset
