We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Health Solutions team in Toronto. The Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Health Solutions team and People Corporation Consultants and clients in the delivery of our proprietary Health Solutions services. The Service Coordinator Will

  • Manage administrative components of client service activation, delivery, and billing
  • Receive and set up service requests for our Health Solutions products and services
  • Complete service requests and set up our providers for Health Solutions launches and services implementation
  • Request Springboard billing
  • Add service/client data into the Master list
  • Assist in the development of continuous improvement through process assessment
  • Compare to previous active member listing to identify new/term members
  • Enter changes into our system
  • Prepare eligibility change requests to our providers
  • Provide weekly updates

To be successful as aService Coordinator with People Corporation, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills due to frequent email correspondence with clients and team members
  • To deliver exceptional client service as a top priority ensuring client needs are understood, addressed promptly, and exceeded whenever possible
  • To proactively share ideas for improvement contributing to continuous enhancement of processes and team performance
  • A demonstrated ability to be reliable by consistently meeting deadlines, and maintaining a dependable work ethic
  • A strong sense of urgency, responding promptly and effectively to tasks and client needs to ensure timely outcomes
  • To possess a genuine interest in helping people and in health and wellness, promoting a positive, healthy lifestyle
  • Strong team-orientation; have a collaborative approach, sharing knowledge, and working together to achieve common goals

All-star Candidates Will Have

  • 2 plus years of office experience
  • Strong competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Post-graduate studies in Office Administration is preferred
