Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, located in Toronto, ON. The Associate will be responsible for supporting the origination, underwriting, and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. Day-to-day tasks include financial analysis, market research, preparing investment memorandums, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. The Associate will also assist in the due diligence process, participate in transaction negotiations, and contribute to portfolio management and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Experience in market research and preparing investment memorandums
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Experience in commercial real estate or a related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
