PARTISANS is currently working on the interior of our custom homes, mixed use towers, and several international spaces for global brands. We are seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer with at least 5 years of experience working in a major international design firm. Hospitality and high-end residential experience is highly preferred. Proficiency modeling in Rhino is required. The ideal candidate should be professional, possess strong design and communication skills and be able to independently solve problems while receiving technical guidance on unusual or complex issues.

The ideal candidate will:

·       Possess 5+ years of continuous professional experience in managing and designing interior projects across cultural, commercial, and residential sectors

·       Demonstrate proven ability to develop and lead interior design concepts, prepare compelling client presentations (PowerPoint/InDesign), and oversee the maintenance of detailed specification schedules

·       Lead the production and coordination of architectural drawing sets for all project phases—from schematic design to construction documentation—with a strong understanding of regulatory and technical requirements

·       Exhibit a proficient knowledge of interior architectural detailing, including custom millwork/joinery, trimwork, stairs, and intricate floor/wall/ceiling assemblies

·       Bring a deep familiarity with high-end interior finish sources and demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities across hardware, plumbing, lighting, and furniture

·       Be proficient and confident using Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit, with a strong visual and graphic sensibility

·       Display a high level of organization and time management, capable of independently driving tasks and mentoring junior team members in PARTISANS’s dynamic, fast-paced studio environment

·       Be a collaborative leader and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, suppliers, and clients

·       Communicate ideas clearly—both visually and verbally—with a professional demeanor and a team-focused attitude

·       Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and initiative, with an intrinsic drive to push design boundaries and contribute meaningfully to PARTISANS’s design culture
