Front Desk Receptionist

We are a proud Chinese-Canadian clinic with over 30 years of experience in massage therapy, acupuncture, and osteopathy — and Canada's first open-concept massage clinic. Each year we serve 25,000+ clients across the Toronto area, delivering care rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We're looking for a warm, organized, and bilingual receptionist to join our downtown Toronto location.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome clients at the front desk with professionalism and warmth
• Manage appointments for multiple therapists using clinic software
• Handle POS transactions, payments, calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Educate clients on our services and treatment options
• Support clinic upkeep, inventory, and manager-assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) — required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Receptionist or clinic customer service experience preferred
• Interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness
• Familiarity with basic medical terms is an asset

• Part-Time available — minimum 2 shifts a week
