You will also have the opportunity to work seamlessly across the Osler platform with venture capital and growth equity investors and some of the largest and most sophisticated strategic acquirors of technology in the world. Position Requirements: The successful candidates will have:
- a minimum of 4 to 6 years of general corporate law experience (ideally with a focus on emerging companies)
- experience in corporate structuring, venture finance and mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies
- passion for entrepreneurship and emerging and high growth companies
- excellent academic credentials
- superior communication and drafting skills
