Position Requirements: The successful candidates will have:

• a minimum of 4 to 6 years of general corporate law experience (ideally with a focus on emerging companies)
• experience in corporate structuring, venture finance and mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies
• passion for entrepreneurship and emerging and high growth companies
• excellent academic credentials
• superior communication and drafting skills
