Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Calgary, AB. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing in more clients for warehousing, identifying new business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and conducting market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities. The role will also involve implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing effective revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset, but industry familiarity is not required.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
