The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance department, ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems. This role is responsible for managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

· Manage repair and maintenance projects

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

· Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services

· Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

· Respond to emergency maintenance issues

· Train and develop maintenance team members

· Prepare and manage maintenance budgets

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 5+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety regulations

· Proficiency in maintenance management software

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
