And now, we're looking for a Technical Supervisor Logistics to join our ambitious Logistics Projects team! Why This Exiting Role As Technical Supervisor, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of some of our most exciting logistics projects. You’ll play a crucial role in making sure our shipping containers are certified, maintained, and ready to go — all while keeping safety and innovation front and center. This is not a desk-only job. It’s also hands-on. It’s impactful. It’s your chance to lead, learn, and grow in a high-tech, high-paced environment. Your Main Missions

• Oversee internal flow and maintenance of shipping containers
• Set up and manage certification systems (CSC, IMDG)
• Drive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across operations
• Lead the purchasing process for new containers
• Collaborate across logistics, production, and sales on improvement projects

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training + relevant experience
• Knowledge of shipping or certification processes (bonus points!)
• Strong skills in English and Norwegian
• Comfort with MS Office, ERP systems would be a plus
