What you’ll be doingSupporting our customers
- Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers - managing orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping everyone in the loop
- Supporting Account Managers with quotes, coordinating the design process, and helping facilitate tailored samples when needed
- Working closely with production and logistics teams to ensure a smooth experience from purchase through to delivery
Operations & order management
- Processing and tracking customer orders, making sure everything is accurate and delivered on time
- Coordinating internal workflows across sales, design, production, and logistics
- Helping keep day-to-day order management and administrative tasks running smoothly
Working as a team
- Collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams in our Vancouver office to keep projects moving forward
- Sharing ideas and helping improve internal processes to elevate the overall customer experience
Who you are
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Genuinely interested in brands and how packaging shows up as part of a brand’s identity
- Someone who enjoys building relationships - with customers and teammates alike
- A natural problem-solver who’s comfortable navigating both internal and external challenges
- Motivated to grow with the business and excited about contributing to the evolution of our sales support function, with the opportunity to take on more ownership over time
What your first 3 months will look like
- Getting fully up to speed on our tech stack
- Learning our product range and core support processes
- Shadowing Account Managers in meetings (in person and over video/phone)
- Learning our pricing tools and supporting customers with quotes and invoices
- Beginning to place customer orders and provide regular updates directly to customers
After Your First 6 Months
- Become self-sufficient and accountable for actioning requests in a timely manner
- Resolve customer questions without assistance
- Have a strong understanding of all products and practices
- Be comfortable managing orders from placement to delivery
After Your First 12 Months
- Assist training other new team members
- Facilitate multiple projects simultaneously
- Attend customer meetings without the Account Manager if the need arises
- Assist with B2B sales operations and customer relationships
- Have your annual performance and salary review
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary of between $50,000-$55,000 CAD
