  • Lead and support the facilitation of key client meetings and workshops, including planning sessions and business reviews.
  • Lead and support in the creation of compelling presentations, proposals, and statements of work that sell through client strategies and articulate the business value of our technical solutions.
  • Partner with growth leads and senior account leads to support in pursuing new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Represent Noise’s values in client interactions, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

Team & Agency Contribution:

  • Support the development and refinement of the technology division's service delivery processes and best practices.

Technical Solutioning & Translation:

  • Prepare presentations that can effectively communicate strategic and analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in translating client business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications for our engineering and analytics teams.
  • Help bridge the communication gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Learn and advise clients on the application of Noise's technology offerings, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform, Google Marketing Platform, and our AI/ML solutions.

Delivery Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating the delivery of engineering and analytics projects by tracking progress, monitoring resource allocation, and identifying potential risks alongside project managers and technical leads.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client issues, providing timely communication and escalating to senior team members when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

What You'll BringEssential Qualifications:
